Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty Coverage:
Our chairs come with a warranty period ranging from 1 to 3 years, depending on the chair model. The warranty covers replacement of parts only as per applicable Terms & Conditions.

Note:
Components made of fiber or plastic on mesh chairs are not covered under warranty.


Warranty Activation

To claim your warranty benefits, you must:

  • Register your warranty
  • Contact customer care within 15 days of purchase

Failure to register within the given time frame will result in the warranty becoming invalid and non-claimable.


Replacement Process

If a part is approved for replacement:

  • It will be shipped after QC (Quality Check) inspection
  • Parts will be delivered via parcel
  • You will receive installation guidance after the part arrives

In Case of Missing or Damaged Parts

If you find:

  • Missing parts
  • Damaged parts
  • Product issues
  • Feature-related issues
