Only buyers who After delivery of chairs get damaged Product or defective items then Contact us as soon possible within 3 days of delivery with all the photo & video proof, we will take respective Steps according to solve it immediately.
We have a Strong QC team which checks and verifies the products but if then Any issues arises we will reach out to you and will provide you will necessary assistance.
